In every session at The Wagon Stop, we step outside safely together to engage with the animals and natural surroundings on our working family farm.
Our horses are sentient beings and co-facilitators in the equine assisted psychotherapy relationship and process. I ensure all animals are at all times treated respectfully and ethically both within and outside of client sessions.
I am honoured to work and live on the ancestral lands of the Wangerriburra people to whom I pay my respects, and to their elders past, present and emerging.
I respectfully acknowledge the spirit of the pioneering families of this Beech Mountain who travelled by wagon to this place and I have gratefully taken on the mantle of caring for this land, all animals and all members of our community and visitors to this place.
